Sarayaku el pasado 25 de julio. A la cita acudieron por parte del Estado: Denisse Coka, Gobernadora de Pastaza, Wilson Mayorga, Subsecretario de Justicia, Derechos Humanos y Cultos (<\/span><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #222222; background: white; mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;\">MJDHC<\/span><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">), en compa\u00f1\u00eda de representantes del Grupo de Intervenci\u00f3n y Rescate (GIR) y del Ministerio del Ambiente del Ecuador (MAE).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">Wilson Mayorga se refiri\u00f3 a varios puntos del estado de cumplimiento de la sentencia. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">En su intervenci\u00f3n, el Tayak Apu (Presidente) de Sarayaku, Jos<span style=\"display: none; mso-hide: all;\">cil acceso. omo en el subsuelo porque en la selva, la zona es de dif dificultades y altos costos de traslado. En esas reuniones <\/span>\u00e9 Gualinga, acogi\u00f3 los avances significativos del cumplimiento de la sentencia en cuanto al m\u00f3dulo de capacitaci\u00f3n en derechos colectivos, indemnizaci\u00f3n, traducci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n de la sentencia.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">Jos\u00e9 Gualinga ratific\u00f3 el deseo de su Pueblo de que sea el Primer Mandatario de la Rep\u00fablica del Ecuador quien presida el acto de disculpas p\u00fablicas como ha sucedido en otros casos presentados ante la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos, por lo que el se\u00f1or subsecretario del<\/span><i><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #222222; background: white; mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\">MJDHC<\/span><\/i><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">asumi\u00f3 el compromiso de elevarlo nuevamente a consideraci\u00f3n del Presidente Rafael Correa. La fecha contin\u00faa pendiente. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">En cuanto a las medidas de no repetici\u00f3n: <i style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal;\">\u201cLa sentencia manifiesta que todo decreto administrativo debe ser derogado para proceder con la consulta. El Decreto Ejecutivo 1247 no se ha hecho con la participaci\u00f3n de los pueblos y nacionalidades. Nosotros lo catalogamos como inconstitucional. Esperamos el cumplimiento como lo establece el acta para en esta medida avanzar positivamente respetando la legitimidad ancestral de las organizaciones y pueblos\u201d<\/i> <span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>-infiri\u00f3 Jos\u00e9 Gualinga<i style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal;\">. <\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">Al cierre de la jornada de trabajo, el equipo t\u00e9cnico de Sarayaku present\u00f3 la propuesta para el retiro de la pentolita superficial con el objetivo de intercambiar metodolog\u00edas, cronogramas, actividades y operativizar las coordinaciones. Esta propuesta involucra un aspecto fundamental: el grado de afectaci\u00f3n al <i style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal;\">\u201cKawsak Sacha-Selva Viviente\u201d<\/i> para las opciones de retiro de la pentolita. Marlon Santi explic\u00f3 que el estudio de impacto ambiental debe considerar temas impl\u00edcitos a la vida organizativa en educaci\u00f3n, salud, cultura y las posibles afectaciones a los seres protectores de la naturaleza.
