(life plan), the statutes, regulations and norms of social coexistence that are developed and put into application in the town of Sarayaku, specifying that the diligence of these plans and regulations are rights of the original peoples recognized in the Ecuadorian constitution and the collective rights of indigenous communities, peoples and nationalities.<br \/>\nFor his part, the delegate of the Provincial Court of Pastaza thanked for the information and indicated that the purpose of the visit is to go to the site where the events occurred on April 29 and 30, 2010, to verify the settlement of overflight, where it was possible to verify the non-existence of the supposed Kutukachi community, and thus nullify the precautionary measures granted by the Provincial Court of Pastaza.<\/p>\n<div
