AGREEMENTS AND RESOLUTIONS OF THE GOVERNMENT ASSEMBLY <\/strong><strong>OF THE TERRITORIAL DISTRICT OF THE KICHWA NATIONALITY OF PASTAZA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sarayaku.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/kichwa4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-2538\" src=\"https:\/\/sarayaku.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/kichwa4.jpg\" alt=\"kichwa4\" width=\"295\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a>us and us<\/strong>, the members of the Kichwa Nationality peoples who live in the province of Pastaza, together with our vision, muskuy, to live in harmony with the spirits and elements of nature that give us abundant resources from the bowels of allpa Mama for good living, Sumak Kawsay.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0The indigenous parliamentarians of the Kichwa nationality, meeting in the community of Uni\u00f3n Base, province of Pastaza, in the framework of the Ordinary Assembly, which takes place on August 16 and 17, 2014, and making use of the powers established in The statutes:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<strong>WE AGREED:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Consolidate the social, territorial and self-government unity among all the ayllus, communities and peoples of the Kichwa Nationality of Pastaza within the framework of customary law, the constitution, Convention 169 and the international instruments that proclaim the exercise of the rights of the Indigenous villages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>The representatives of the Government of the Territorial Circumscription of the Kichwa Nationality of Pastaza coordinate<a href=\"https:\/\/sarayaku.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/kichwa1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-2539\" src=\"https:\/\/sarayaku.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/kichwa1.jpg\" alt=\"kichwa1\" width=\"300\" height=\"270\" \/><\/a> together with the Mayor of the Arajuno Canton and the Kichwa parish GADs of Pastaza to promote the constitution of the Indigenous Territorial Circumscriptions of the Kichwa Nationality of Pastaza, as a Special Regime of Decentralized Autonomous Government, first as a de facto decision and then as an exercise of law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>That the Government of the Territorial Circumscription of the Kichwa Nationality of Pastaza carry out a socialization process on the proposal \u2013 cooperation framework between the Ecuadorian state and the Kichwa nationality of Pastaza.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>That the Government of the Territorial Circumscription carry out the socialization and implementation of the Suman Kawsay Plan of the Kichwa Nationality, in all the communities and towns or communes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>That the Government of the Territorial Circumscription of the Kichwa Nationality support the construction of the Sumak Kawsay Plan in all communities, towns and associations, according to the reality vision of each one of the communities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/sarayaku.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/kichwa6.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-2540\" src=\"https:\/\/sarayaku.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/kichwa6.jpg\" alt=\"kichwa6\" width=\"312\" height=\"233\" \/><\/a>That the Governing Council of the Territorial Circumscription prioritize the analysis of territorial problems between the communities of the Kichwa People of Pastaza and other nationalities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>That all administrative processes be taken up by the new Government of the Territorial Circumscription of the Kichwa Nationality of Pastaza.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0For the record, the representatives of the Peoples, Communes and communities of the Kichwa Nationality of Pastaza who are members of this Assembly sign.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Given and signed in
