L&#039;article 57, Chapter 7 of the Constitution \u00e9quatorienne conf\u00e9rant aux peuples autochtones le droit \u00e0: \u201cUne consultation pr\u00e9alable, libre et publique, <strong>men\u00e9e dans un d\u00e9lai raisonnable<\/strong>, on all the plans and programs of prospection, d&#039;exploitation and commercialization of non-renewable resources situated on the land and susceptible to affecting the environment and culture\u201d (\u2026).<\/p>\n<p>Il y esta \u00e9galement I affirmed that the consultation process was carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations in the matter: \u201c<em>The consultation process will be carried out with all the communaut\u00e9s directly touched\u00e9es<\/em>\u201c, ce qui ne fut pas respect\u00e9 puisque <strong>the \u201cconsultation\u201d in the lieu dans aucune des 7 communaut\u00e9s qui composent le Peuple Kichwa de Sarayaku<\/strong> (Sarayaku Centre, Kalikali, Shiwakucha, Kushilu Urku, Pista et Mawka Llakta 7 Chuntayaku).<\/p>\n<p>Il faut rappeler que les blocs 74 et 75 concerning 68% of the surface du territoire du Peuple Kichwa de Sarayaku (cf. carte).
