\nThis hearing addresses the situation of the right to culture of the Shuar Arutam People in relation to the large-scale mining project San Carlos - Panantaza; oil blocks 74 \u2013 75 that affect the territory ofl Kichwa People of Srayaku; and oil blocks 79 \u2013 83 that affect the territory of the Sapara Nation
\nThe organizations that will participate in this hearing are: Kichwa Sarayaku People, Sapara People, Shuar Arutam People, TIAM Foundation, Terra Mater, Amazon Watch, Center for Economic and Social Rights, and the Center for Human Rights of the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador.
