From our considerations:<\/p>\n

The communities and peoples of the Kichwa Nationality of Pastaza have been closely monitoring
\n\tconcern and expectation regarding the "Sarayaku Case" due to the conflict created between the Ecuadorian State and the
\n\tAncestral Kichwa People of Sarayaku, from the unconsulted concession of 200,000 hectares of territory
\n\tin Block No. 23 handed over to the Argentine oil company CGC, whose arbitrary interference
\n\tand actions that violate human and collective rights provoked the demand of the people of Sarayaku to
\n\tEcuadorian State before the IACHR for the violation of human, social, environmental, economic and
\n\tcultural events, which has been aired in said commission since 2003. Given this situation, we express our
\n\tabsolute support for the struggle of our brothers from the Sarayaku People for the defense of their territories,
\n\tnatural resources and human rights of its inhabitants, as well as the claim process that
\n\tis currently in the final phase of the trial within the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights
\n\tOAS Humans.<\/p>\n


\n\tThe group of communities and people of the Kichwa nationality of Pastzza, we consider that it is
\n\tIt is essential to create precedents of justice in the face of this type of conflict, so that acts of this nature are not
\n\tcontinue to be committed by any government and oil companies in any part of the continent against the peoples
\n\tnatives.
\n\tAs evidence of our unconditional support for this fight and legal claim, we hereby sign the
\n\trepresentatives of the associations and communities of the Kichwa nationality of Pastaza.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
