The Solidarity Bank "MUSHUK KAWSAY" aims to provide families, unions, associations, corporations of the Original Kichwa People of Sarayaku with an economic loan, from the fund from the compensation of the Ecuadorian State, to improve their quality of life through the implementation of sustainable and sustainable productive alternative programs to guarantee food security and sovereignty and that allows obtaining an economic income to cover the basic needs of the members of Sarayaku.

Contribute with a new mixed economic system model (community, solidarity and monetary), based on the principles of Sumak Kawsay, which allows sustaining and strengthening all the components of the Life Plan of the people of Sarayaku.

BSMK MISSION
Establish a savings and credit policy that would contribute to the process of community production, diversified, sustainable and respectful of the natural resources of the territory, in accordance with the Sarayaku life plan and the preservation of the Living Forest -Kawsak Sacha-
This policy will limit or marginalize any credit or investment that violates the vision and objectives of the Sarayaku life plan. Generally, it will guide the productive investment of Amazonian agro ecosystems (breeding of Amazonian species, agricultural) to sustainable productive initiatives (breeding of minor species, artisanal production, sustainable tourism and its components).
