The Original Kichwa People of Sarayaku flatly reject the supposed prior consultation on the blocks that will be included in the Eleventh Oil Round promoted by the National Government and carried out by the Secretary of Hydrocarbons, for not being a free, prior, informed consultation. , in good faith and transparent and because it is governed by a procedure established by Executive Decree 1247 that has not been carried out with the participation of indigenous peoples nor does it reflect what is established by the ruling of the Inter-American Court in the Sarayaku Case.
