On Saturday, August 3, 2013, the President of the Republic of Ecuador, during the so-called "citizen liaison" that is broadcast by several national media outlets, referred to our leaders in terms that we consider derogatory and insulting, in response to our legitimate request that the judgment issued by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in our favor be fully complied with.
