In the Assembly House of the town, a meeting of approximately 40 minutes was held between the delegation and the Government Council of Tayjasaruta, during which the Tayak Apu of the Kichwa People of Sarayaku, Mr. José Gualinga, after welcoming , stated that the people of Sarayaku, through their Government Council, have found it necessary to invite the representatives of the competent institutions in the "Tambo Chuyayaku" case, to participate in an unusual meeting, to receive information on the Sumak Kawsay plan. (life plan), the statutes, regulations and norms of social coexistence that are developed and put into application in the town of Sarayaku, specifying that the diligence of these plans and regulations are rights of the original peoples recognized in the Ecuadorian constitution and the collective rights of indigenous communities, peoples and nationalities.
For his part, the delegate of the Provincial Court of Pastaza thanked for the information and indicated that the purpose of the visit is to go to the site where the events occurred on April 29 and 30, 2010, to verify the settlement of the community of Kutukachi, within the Tambo Chuyayaku ecological reserve, in the territory of the Sarayaku People.

At the end of the meeting, the provincial delegation and a delegation from Sarayaku left the Sarayaku airstrip to the place of Tambo Chuyayaku, to carry out the overflight, where it was possible to verify the non-existence of the supposed Kutukachi community, and thus nullify the precautionary measures granted by the Provincial Court of Pastaza.
